TEXCON Slides und Slide/Rafts are made from heavy Duty HYPALON-coated fabrics. This material allows extreme long-life cycle and enduring resistance to chlorinated water.
All Handles, Boarding Stations, Re-Entry Straps, und Mooring Lines are re-inforced for daily training operation. Girt-Extensions are made from extra strong material, to some extend re-inforced with steel wire.
The Slides are equipped with replaceable Slide-Cover, made from original Sliding Surface Material with defined deceleration area. This measures provide the original sliding performance without compromise.
Slides may be equipped with additional posts and side guards to protect against falling hazard.
Connectors for external Inflation Systems (Aspirator-Sleeve, Shop-Air-Connector) are integrated to customer's individual demands. Each inflatable chamber is equipped with sufficient releave capability to protect against over Inflation.
A wide range of accessories, like sea anchors, safety knifes, locator light dummies and Survival packs (with canopy) are available.
Training Life-Raft
TEXCON Aircraft Training Life-Rafts are available in diffenrent sizes. It is alway a full-reversibel design of octagonal shape. All types may get customized to Training Centers requirements.

Classroom Demonstrator
All our Slides, Slide-Rafts and Life-Rafts are available as scale models down to 1:5 for demonstration procedures. These Demonstrators are fully equipped to detail and can give the trainee orientation in the class room.
